This is because there are no contributors and the core devs are not working on it anymore. You got to great lengths to replicate something that already exists in the form you want, instead of actually contribute to KO.
I'm sure if you ask to be part of the team on IRC or here on the forum, you'll be accepted.
I think you posted this on the wrong forum then, because whoever is browsing this forum, is mainly interested in Kohana and not your framework. Also, over the past years I think I saw like 5 - 6 projects exactly the same as yours, and all those projects came from the frustration of KO not being updated, so those devs. created their own version and only after realizing that without the support of a community it's too big of a project for one developer and nobody cares, so all that energy and time was gone for nothing.
As I've said, nobody is interested in another framework, instead try to improve the existing one. Have a voice and decide on the direction you want to go with KO.
